UK SHIPPING

The standard cost of post & packing to UK addresses is based on the 2nd Class Royal Mail Signed For service (2 - 3 working days for delivery). Delivery costs are as follows:

Orders under £10; £2.95
Orders over £10; £4.95
Orders over £100; Free Delivery

If you need to make a change to your order after you have placed it or if require next day delivery, please contact us at sales@cocoajoneschocolate.com.

FULL VALID POST CODES are required for every order. If you provide an incorrect address, including the postcode, we do not accept any responsibility for the failure of an order to arrive.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Our charges for International delivery are calculated based on the weight of your order. Items are sent via Royal Mail International or an alternative courier.

If you would like chocolates sent to an international address, please contact us directly by emailing sales@cocoajoneschocolate.com or calling 07903 817827.

Delivery times are subject to the service provided by Royal Mail and more details can be found on their website.

If you provide an incorrect address, we do not accept any responsibility for the failure of an order to arrive.
